To support efficient and repeatable functional testing of electronic assemblies, we utilize a custom-designed pogo pin test fixture in our lab. This fixture allows for secure, high-density, and non-destructive electrical contact with test points on PCBs, enabling fast and reliable testing without soldering or manual probing.
Our pogo pin fixture is tailored to the specific layout of the target board, ensuring precise alignment and consistent results across multiple test cycles. By integrating this setup into our validation process, we reduce testing time, minimize human error, and enhance overall product reliability before mass production or field deployment.
Our lab features a custom-built precision test setup specifically designed for radome evaluation and alignment. Equipped with a dial indicator, the system allows for fine-tuned, millimeter-level distance adjustments to ensure accurate positioning of the radome relative to the test instrumentation or reference surfaces.
