Mechanical Analysis
At ITAS Intelligent Systems, we carry out integrated structural and thermal analyses to ensurethe mechanical reliability and long-term performance of our radar systems. Our engineeringteam uses advanced simulation methods to evaluate heat dissipation, prevent thermalhotspots, and optimize cooling strategies extending the life of power-dense components.Simultaneously, we assess mechanical durability against vibrations, shocks, and environmentalloads through modal, nonlinear, and coupled thermo-mechanical analyses. These simulationshelp identify risks such as resonance, thermal stress, and deformation at the earliest designstages. Validated through close collaboration with our testing team, our models ensureaccuracy and support the development of robust radar hardware built to perform in demandingreal-world conditions.
Electromagnetic Analysis
High-frequency RF Design solutions developed within ITAS | Intelligent Systems are shapedthrough the integration of electromagnetic theory and advanced engineering principles into real -world applications. These designs, operating in the 77–81 GHz frequency band, are optimizedfor automotive radar systems (e.g., ADAS, blind spot detection) and industrial sensorapplications (e.g., environmental sensing, safety systems), focusing on high-gain, low-sidelobe,and compact patch and array antennas.
A wide range of antenna types are developed, including patch, array, waveguide, and customantenna configurations, to meet diverse application needs and performance goals.
Using CST Studio Suite, critical parameters such as antenna geometry, radiation patterns, S-parameters, and return loss are optimized with sub-millimeter precision to ensure effectiveperformance across short, medium, and long-range radar functions.
Each RF module undergoes thorough evaluation for thermal management, manufacturingtolerances, and real-world conditions to ensure sensing accuracy and overall system stability. The RF team also actively supports prototyping, characterization, and system integration, ensuring compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.
ITAS aims to deliver compact, high-performance, and reliable radar modules that meet thedemands of various sectors, establishing itself as a provider of trusted and innovative RFtechnologies.
